Engineering the imaginary

Design, Props & Creature Craft

About

Hi im Sebbe

I've been creating for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent countless hours building with cardboard, paper, and anything else I could get my hands on. I was always fascinated by making fictional objects feel real, and that passion has stayed with me ever since.

Today, my creative focus is on designing and crafting highly detailed prop replicas and hand-painted miniatures. Using CAD software, 3D printing, finishing techniques, and paint, I recreate iconic objects with a strong emphasis on accuracy, craftsmanship, and storytelling. I enjoy every step of the process, from digital modeling and prototyping to sanding, painting, weathering, and the final display piece.

Alongside my passion for prop making, I'm studying Industrial Design, where I continue to develop my skills in product design, engineering, and interactive experiences. Combining technical knowledge with hands-on craftsmanship allows me to transform ambitious ideas into tangible objects.

My ultimate goal is to work in the entertainment industry, creating props, practical effects, and immersive experiences for film and television. Studios such as Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) inspire me because they blend cutting-edge technology with exceptional craftsmanship to bring unforgettable worlds to life. That's the kind of work I aspire to create.
